Ultra Socks was established in 1993. Since its inception, production has always been carried out with consumer satisfaction in mind. Thanks to its commitment to quality service and continuous improvement, the company has continued to grow steadily.
Today, Ultra Socks operates in its own production facility with a 7,000 m² indoor area, equipped with 370 state-of-the-art LONATI knitting machines with toe-closing technology, which are continuously upgraded. These machines operate on the Nautilus automation system developed by Lonati, providing real-time access to technical data that contributes to production efficiency. The Nautilus automation system is also integrated with a custom-developed ERP system within the company, enhancing production and monitoring efficiency to the highest level.
Ultra Socks produces and exports approximately 2,080,000 pairs per month and around 25,000,000 pairs annually. Ultra, Ultrasox, Estetik, and Özka are our registered brands.
We hold internationally recognized certifications such as ISO, BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards), and EKOTEKS CLASS 1.
90% of our production is exported, and 10% is sold in the domestic market. We export "Private Label" products to some of the world's largest brands. The countries we export to include Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, and the United States.
